Having played in the festivals in the first part of the season, we have not fared too badly.
The Blacks have had the greatest amount of success, winning the Bowl at Cobham and being runners up in our own festival. They have only conceded more than one try, in one game so far.
The Golds have shown solid improvement getting more wins under their belt as they develop into a greater team mentality and to trust one another more.
The Chiefs had their only outing this season in the Camberley B festival and have come on leaps and bounds, scoring tries in several of their games.
The Chieftans have come into existence during the festival season, as squad numbers have grown. Players are showing promise as they get to grips with the complexities of the great game of rugby.
Everyone has put in maximum effort and have enjoyed themselves. They have shown they have a real passion for the game with players getting visibly upset when their greatest of efforts have not secured the win they were playing for.
It is only a game, but with passion and effort and most importantly, the focus on enjoyment we have been having a really great time.
